• All merchandise, pallets, and lots are sold as-is with no guarantees, warranties, or promises of functionality, completeness, or resale value.

• Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Exceptions

Refunds or exchanges will only be considered in the following cases:

• If you receive the wrong pallet or item due to our error.

• If your order was double charged or billed incorrectly.

Refunds (If approved)

• Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process.

Customer Responsibility

• Buyers are encouraged to inspect pallets or items in person (if purchasing locally) or carefully review photos and descriptions (if purchasing online) before completing a purchase.

• By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree that all items are sold as-is, no returns, no exchanges, no refunds.

Holds (If approved)

•   Holds on items are available for local purchases only.

•   Holds requires a 25% deposit. Deposit is forfeited if not picked up within agreed timeframe of 24 hours.
